At Huckleberry Springs Silver, each piece is handcrafted in sterling silver and genuine turquoise or other natural stones. Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, all sales are considered final unless a defect or issue is reported within the timeframes outlined below.
INSPECT YOUR ORDER UPON RECEIPT: Customers are responsible for carefully inspecting all items immediately upon receipt. Any concerns regarding damage, defects, missing items, or order discrepancies must be reported to us within 72 hours of confirmed delivery. To report an issue, please contact us and include:

*A description of the issue
*Clear photographs or video of the item and the package and the issue of concern
Failure to notify us within 72 hours of delivery constitutes acceptance of the item as received.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES:
Returns or exchanges will only be considered for items reported within the required 72-hour inspection period. After 72 hours from the confirmed delivery date, all sales are final and we do not offer:

*Refunds
*Store Credit
This policy applies regardless of wear, damage, sizing concerns, personal preference, accidental breakage, or any other issue reported after the 72-hour inspection period.
RETURN SHIPPING:
If a return, exchange, or inspection is authorized, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item to us. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
HANDMADE JEWELRY DISCLAIMER: Each piece is handcrafted and may contain natural variations in turquoise, gemstones, silverware, patina, and finishing details. These characteristics are not considered defects and contribute to the uniqueness of each piece.
REPAIRS: Requests for repairs after the 72-hour inspection period will be handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Repair services may incur labor, material, and shipping charges to the customer.
*Due to the one-of-a-kind and handmade nature of our jewelry, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds based on buyer’s remorse, color variation in natural stones, fit preferences, or general wear after receipt.
